If you purchase a paid subscription or premium content, the price is as stated at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), or Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by law.
7.2 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize Eprotech Pty Ltd to charge your registered payment method for each renewal. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
7.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no refund is provided for unused portions of your subscription. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not accessed significant premium content, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].
7.4 Payment Processing
Eprotech Pty Ltd does not store full credit card details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe & Paypal, and your payment information is subject to their privacy and security practices. By making a purchase, you authorize the payment processor to charge your account.
7.5 Chargebacks
If you dispute a transaction with your financial institution, Eprotech Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account pending investigation.
8. Third-Party Links and Ads
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and display advertisements. Eprotech Pty Ltd does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for these external sites or their content. Eprotech Pty Ltd does not guarantee that using this Website will help you pass any official test.

Eprotech Pty Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any provincial or territorial driver licensing authority. This is not an official government service.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eprotech Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or any illegal activity.
11. Suspension and Termination
